At By the Sea Recovery, our mission is to provide structured, accountable, and community-driven sober living for men in early recovery. We believe recovery happens one present moment at a time — through routine, responsibility, peer support, and honest leadership.

Founded by Mark Gladden, a military veteran and person in long-term recovery, By the Sea Recovery is built on the belief that men thrive when given structure, accountability, and a genuine recovery community.
