By the Sea Recovery is structured sober living for adult men, not a clinical program. Residents should be medically stable and ready for shared housing, daily structure, accountability, and recovery participation.

When Clinical Care Comes First

Someone who is in active withdrawal or needs detox, medication stabilization, medical monitoring, residential treatment, or higher-level clinical care should receive that care before sober living. BTS does not provide detox, medication stabilization, medical monitoring, therapy, clinical treatment, or medical care.

Residents may remain connected to separate outside treatment, therapy, or MAT providers when appropriate. Those services are not provided by BTS.
