Mark Gladden — Owner and Founder. Military veteran and person in long-term recovery. Personally involved in move-in conversations, family questions, and the culture of the home.
Amy Gladden, CADC II, ICADC — Owner / Staff Training and Program Support. Supports nonclinical staff training, house communication, and program operations behind the scenes.
Nicholas Johnson, RADT — Provides primary resident-facing support, reinforcing structure, accountability, communication, and daily recovery progress.
Alex Roncone — Operations Manager. Supports house operations, resident accountability, chores, meeting attendance, and follow-through.
